The committee must prepare interview summaries of each candidate’s strengths and weaknesses, and submit their recommendation to the hiring official.
If the hiring official accepts the recommendation of the search committee, a hiring proposal is prepared in Jobs@UVa by the human resources professional staffing the committee or assisting the hiring official.
